AREA MANAGER
(m/f/d) Baden-Württemberg
To strengthen our motivated team, we are looking for an Area Manager as soon as possible.
Location: Baden-Württemberg.
Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you are responsible for the Corner & Shop in Shops in your area
- Achieving the sales targets of your area and increasing the KPIs of the Corner & Shop in Shops in your area
- Ensuring the implementation of the HERZEN'S ANGELEGENHEIT corner concept through regular corner visits
- Continuous training of our partners' staff
- Ensuring the optimal presence of HERZEN'S ANGELEGENHEIT at the POS
- Supporting our partners to increase sales through sales promotion measures
- In addition to intensive POS management, you will support the expansion in your area, both with existing partners and by acquiring new customers
- Organisation and implementation of new openings
- You act as an interface between the POS and HERZEN'S ANGELEGENHEIT Sales
- Close cooperation with the entire team and tactile participation in regular meetings
- Intensive observation of the market, especially our relevant environment
Qualification
- A basic commercial training in retail or studies with a business background
- You already have 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- You like to work result-oriented and measure your success by the achieved targets and key figures
- Good German and English language skills are required for working with international colleagues
- You have a high willingness to travel
- You are enthusiastic about current trends - not only in the textile sector
- You are an expressive personality and manage to inspire and motivate your environment
- You have the strength to adapt to very different situations at the POS and to a rapidly developing market
- Your strengths include organisational, planning and communication skills
- You can communicate with department and business managers at eye level
